I do not think there is any complete list, so just because you didn’t find him yet doesn’t mean he wasn’t there.
Also, no, I do not know of any database, beyond just searching every website you can find. Try Googlebooks.com, as well as Ancestry.com, plus look for other Bryan researchers. Good luck.

Bryant 1840, son of G.W. Bryant 1811 and Nancy Spence 1812, whose father and mother were Daniel Bryant 1795 and Nancy Plummer 1791. I am comming up blank; no Bryants are listed in Virginia born to the name Daniel 1795. However, there are George Bryan 1775 NC, and James Bryant 1739 Ky. Is there a data base that could help me?
